Likemind is an NHS website offering information, advice, and downloadable booklets designed for families and friends of people experiencing psychosis.

NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT)
Free NHS support for common mental health difficulties like anxiety or low mood. While not specifically for psychosis, many services offer support to carers and family members.
Voice Collective
A UK-wide project that supports children and young people who hear voices, see visions, or have other unusual sensory experiences. Includes information for families and carers, as well as peer support and creative resources.
Compassion Focused Therapy for Voice-Hearing
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is an approach that helps individuals relate to their voices with compassion and understanding. The “Relating to Voices” website offers resources, exercises, and information for those interested in this approach.
